Greg

Greg DeWitt, Drums

Greg DeWitt is the drummer and founder behind Will Gail Dance?. A lifelong drummer with decades of live performance experience, Greg has performed with original artists, cover bands, worship teams, touring musicians, and Grammy and Dove award-winning recording artists across multiple genres.

His approach to drumming is rooted in movement, feel, precision, and understanding how live music affects a room. Major influences include Stewart Copeland, Larry Mullen Jr., and Johnny “Vatos” Hernandez.

Outside the band, Greg is also the founder of GoGo Marketing LLC, which produces and manages Will Gail Dance?.

Ley

Ley Vaughn, Vocals

Ley Vaughn spent more than two decades as a multi-Emmy-winning television news photojournalist working across major broadcast networks before returning to live music performance.

His personality, stage presence, and appreciation for music as shared experience became a defining part of the Will Gail Dance? identity.

Ley’s influences span classic rock, new wave, punk, alternative, and 80s pop, helping shape the band’s broad crowd-friendly setlist and live energy.

Eric

Eric Collom, Guitar

Eric Collom brings decades of guitar performance, recording, and production experience to Will Gail Dance?.

Having played across original projects, cover bands, Christian music projects, alternative acts, and live concert settings throughout California, Eric’s style blends melodic texture, technical depth, and strong live execution.

His influences range from U2 and Simple Minds to classic rock, punk, and alternative music.

Eric also operates ToneGuy Sound & Electronics.

James

Jim Ely, Keyboards

James Ely began performing professionally as a teenager and later served in the U.S. Army Band before building a long career performing, recording, arranging, and touring throughout California, Hawaii, and the Pacific Rim.

His musical background spans jazz, rock, live event performance, touring acts, and session work with numerous established artists.

Within Will Gail Dance?, James helps recreate many of the synth, keyboard, and layered textures that define the sound of the 80s era.

Nicole

Nicole McNabb, Vocals

Nikki Neon brings high energy, charisma, and unmistakable 80s enthusiasm to the Will Gail Dance? stage show.

Her love for the decade’s music, fashion, attitude, and live energy helps reinforce the band’s identity while keeping performances fun, interactive, and crowd-focused.

She represents the part of the 80s that never really disappeared.

Louie

Louie Arvizo, Bass

Louie Arvizo anchors the rhythm section with a style shaped by funk, rock, alternative music, and classic 80s grooves.

His playing helps bridge the dance-driven side of the band with the punch and energy of live rock performance, giving the music both movement and weight.
